Please read this waiver carefully before participating in our ghost tour.

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions as a condition of my participation in the ghost tour organized by Get Ghosted Phoenix, LLC:

1. Assumption of Risks

I understand that ghost tours involve walking in potentially dimly lit areas, exploring historical and sometimes uneven terrain, potential exposure to traffic, and hearing stories about supernatural phenomena. I acknowledge that participating in such activities may involve certain risks, including but not limited to trips, falls, and other injuries, as well as potential psychological distress.

2. Health and Safety

I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the ghost tour. I agree to abide by all safety instructions provided by the Company's guides and staff during the tour. If I have any medical conditions or concerns that may affect my ability to participate safely, I have disclosed them to the Company in advance.

3. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Get Ghosted Phoenix, LLC, its officers, employees, agents, guides, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or relating to any personal injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from my participation in the ghost tour.

4. Photography and Recordings

I understand that the Company may take photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings during the tour for promotional or informational purposes. I grant the Company permission to use my likeness and voice in such materials without any compensation to me.

5. Personal Belongings

I am responsible for my personal belongings during the tour and release the Company from any liability for loss or damage to my personal property.

6. Severability

If any provision of this waiver is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

7. Governing Law

This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona.

8. Cancelation Policy

Customers receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours' notice of cancellation. No-shows are charged the full price. Contact us by phone to cancel or ask about a cancellation.

Weather decisions are generally made around 5 PM on tour day, based on current and expected conditions. If we cancel for weather, we offer rescheduling first; if you cannot reschedule, you can receive a refund. Operator cancellations for other unforeseen circumstances receive a full refund or credit.
