Cancellations: Full refund if canceled due to an animal emergency. Regular cancellations require 24 hours' notice for a refund or credit; no-shows pay full price. Weather decisions are generally made around 5 PM on tour day. If we cancel for weather, we offer rescheduling first, then a refund if you cannot reschedule.
