The meeting location and time vary depending on the specific tour you've booked. You will receive all the details, including the exact meeting spot and start time, in your confirmation email. Will we go inside any locations during the ghost tour?

Most places on the tour do not allow entry due to their historical preservation and many are currently occupied by other businesses. However, we do get to go inside a few select places as part of the tour experience. Each tour page says exactly where.

Are the tours wheelchair accessible?

Central Phoenix Screamix and Haunted Jails, Rails & Grave Tales are fully wheelchair accessible. Phoenix History, Mystery & Ghosts is accessible except for the final stop, which requires stairs down into the basement. The Millz Have Eyez is not wheelchair accessible. Contact us to confirm accessibility for other tours before booking.

Is this tour physically demanding?

Walking routes cover about 1.5 miles through downtown Phoenix or Tempe. Wheelchair accessibility varies by tour; check the tour's accessibility details before booking. Wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather.

The Millz Have Eyez is Get Ghosted Phoenix's Tempe ghost tour: a 2-hour walk through downtown Tempe's haunted and historic sites, Hayden House, Hayden Flour Mill, the Tempe Hardware Building and the First Congregational Church, that ends with an indoor ghost hunt inside Casa Loma, Tempe's first hotel. Guests use EMF meters, dowsing rods and spirit boxes at select stops. Ages 8+. Not wheelchair accessible.

Footwear: The tour covers approximately 1 mile and includes rocky, uneven terrain near Hayden Flour Mill. Closed-toe walking shoes are strongly recommended.
Accessibility: The route includes uneven terrain and is not wheelchair accessible.
Format: Most stops take place outdoors. The tour includes an outdoor paranormal investigation at Hayden Flour Mill and an indoor ghost hunt at Casa Loma. Equipment is provided.
Restrooms: A restroom stop is included after Hayden Flour Mill and before Casa Loma.
Meeting point: Meet outside the Downtown Tempe Authority at 1 W. Rio Salado Parkway, Tempe, AZ 85281. Please arrive 15 minutes early.

We kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes before your tour starts, as parking can be a bit tricky, especially during special events. Street parking is usually the best option and can be found near the starting point of most tours. There are also parking garages available, but keep in mind that they can cost up to $40 during special events. Light rail is also a convenient option if you'd prefer to avoid parking altogether. For more detailed parking instructions, please check your booking confirmation email.
