By booking, attending a tour or using getghostedphx.com you accept these Terms & Conditions, our Ghost Tour Waiver and FareHarbor's checkout terms.
Bookings & payment
Bookings and payments are processed by FareHarbor. Prices are shown at checkout.
Gift cards are sold via FareHarbor.
Cancellations, refunds, no-shows, late arrivals
Regular cancellations receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours' notice. Contact us by phone to cancel or ask about a cancellation. No-shows are charged the full price.
Weather decisions are generally made around 5 PM on tour day, based on current and expected conditions. If we cancel for weather, we offer rescheduling first; if you cannot reschedule, you can receive a refund. Operator cancellations for other unforeseen circumstances receive a full refund or credit.
If you find yourself running late for the tour, please try to contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but keep in mind that tour schedules are often tight. If you're substantially late and miss the tour's departure, we'll work with you to reschedule if possible or explore other options.
Age & ID requirements
Minimum ages are 8 for Phoenix History, Mystery & Ghosts, The Millz Have Eyez and Central Phoenix Screamix; 12 for Haunted Jails, Rails & Grave Tales and Monsters, Mobsters & Mayhem; 18 for Haunted Jails & Ruff Tails; and 21 for Spooks, Spirits & Speakeasy. Speakeasy guests must present valid government-issued ID.
Participation & conduct

Follow your guide's safety instructions at all times. We may remove disruptive or intoxicated guests from a tour without refund.LAWYER TO REVIEW
Alcohol is permitted only on the 21+ tour and only when served by the venue.
Assumption of risk & waiver
Participation is subject to our Ghost Tour Waiver, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
Accessibility
Central Phoenix Screamix and Haunted Jails, Rails & Grave Tales are fully wheelchair accessible. Phoenix History, Mystery & Ghosts is accessible except for the final stop at Hanny's, which requires stairs down into the basement. The Millz Have Eyez is not wheelchair accessible. Contact us to confirm accessibility for other tours before booking.

Photography & recordings
Tours may be photographed or recorded for promotion as described in the Ghost Tour Waiver.
Paranormal activity not guaranteed
While we cannot guarantee paranormal encounters, our tour aims to provide you with an authentic and eerie experience by visiting locations with reported hauntings and allowing you to use ghost hunting equipment.
Third-party venues
St. Mary's Basilica and other venues visited on our tours are not affiliated with Get Ghosted Phoenix. Venue rules apply while on their premises.
